TMJ

Suffering from TMJ?

TMJ, or Temporomandibular Joint Disorder, affects close to 10 million people in the United States. TMJ is a joint and connective tissue disorder that occurs in the jaw.  The symptoms of TMJ are pain directly in front of the ear triggered by movements of the jaw, a clicking or popping sound when opening and closing the mouth, locking of the jaw, neck pain, headaches, dizziness, problems eating, and even difficulty breathing and sleeping.  The medical approach offers an invasive painful surgery to try to correct the problem.

The 22 Health approach uses gentle low force techniques to realign the jaw and restore normal motion to the joint.  This is used in combination with customized supplements to help the joint heal properly.
